Terms and Conditions for Special Offers

Special Opening Terms and Conditions by Quality Luxury Transport:

Quality Luxury Transport is pleased to present a special opening offer to our valued customers. We are a company dedicated to luxury transportation coordination, located in Dorado, Puerto Rico, and we have an online platform that allows you to make reservations easily and conveniently.

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to this opening offer and are designed to provide you with quality service while protecting our business interests. We ask that you read and understand these terms before making your reservation with us.

1. Flexible Changes with 48 Hours Notice:
   a. If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, you may do so by notifying us in writing at booking@qualitytransportationluxury.com with at least 48 hours' notice.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
   a. If you decide to cancel your transfer or tour reservation within 24 hours before the scheduled start time, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide any refund.
   b. The total booking amount will be retained, and no refund will be issued.

3. Modification and Rescheduling:
   a. Any requests for modification or rescheduling made before 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be accommodated based on availability.
   b. A rescheduling fee may apply, and the amount will be communicated during the process.
   c. If the request for modification or rescheduling is not possible due to availability constraints, the cancellation policy mentioned above will apply.

4. No-Show:
   a. In the event of a no-show without prior notification, we will proceed with the cancellation of your reservation.

5. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:
   a. In cases where the transfer or tour cannot proceed due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements.
   b. If these alternative arrangements are not suitable for you, we will provide you with a credit so that you can reschedule your transfer, honoring the original offer.

6. Refund Process:
   a. When you purchase the offer, you will have 30 days to request a refund. After this period, you can only make changes to your booking, provided you notify us in writing through the corresponding email.
   b. All refund requests must be made in writing via email or through our designated customer support channels.
   c. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
   d. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking process.

Additional Terms for the Offer:

- The offer is not valid on the following holidays in the United States and Puerto Rico: New Year's Day (January 1), Three Kings' Day (January 6), Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (third Monday in January), Presidents' Day (third Monday in February), Good Friday (variable, movable date), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Columbus Day (second Monday in October), Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November), Christmas Eve (December 24), Christmas Day (December 25), St. Stephen's Day (December 26), and New Year's Eve (December 31).

Additional Terms for Service Provision:

Service Hours: Transportation services will be provided exclusively within the hours established by the company. Any request for services outside of these hours is subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Passenger Limit: The number of passengers per vehicle is subject to the capacity regulations of each vehicle, and exceeding these limits for safety reasons is not allowed.

Loading Conditions: Transporting hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials by law is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to vehicles due to improper loading will be the responsibility of the customer.

Passenger Behavior: Passengers must behave respectfully and follow the driver's instructions. Any inappropriate behavior, intentional damage to the vehicle, or other passengers may result in service cancellation without a refund.

Route Modifications: Changes to the original service route will only be allowed if the driver deems it safe and feasible. The company reserves the right to deny requests for alternative routes.

Waiting Charges: Any additional waiting time not included in the original booking is subject to additional charges and must be paid on the spot.

Prohibition of Smoking and Consumption of Alcohol or Illicit Substances: Smoking, consuming alcohol, or illicit substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with this rule will result in immediate service termination without a refund.

Advance Payment: Services must be paid in advance, either in full or with a minimum deposit before the service provision. Failure to make payment will result in service cancellation.

Vehicle Change: The company reserves the right to change the originally assigned vehicle if deemed necessary for technical, safety, or availability reasons.

Responsibility for Loss or Damage to Personal Property: The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property left in the vehicle by passengers.

Distance Limit: Transportation services are subject to a predetermined distance limit. Any service that exceeds this limit is subject to additional charges.

These additional restrictions are designed to protect the interests of the transportation company and ensure safe and efficient service provision. By booking a service with us, customers must accept and comply with these restrictions.
